Josephine P. Lamb

	Josephine P. Lamb, 79, DuQuoin, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2001 at 5:38 a.m. at Marshall Browning Hospital in DuQuoin.
	Mrs. Lamb had been a cook at Fair Acres Nursing Home and a member of First Christian Church.  She was born September 25, 1921 at DuQuoin, the daughter of Carl and Pearl (Elder) Jones.  She married Edward Joslin on December 23, 1937 at Cape Girardeau, Mo. and he preceded her in death on October 20, 1971.
	Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Laverna Joslin of Coal City, Ill. and Jimmie and Jennifer Joslin of Tamaroa; two daughters and son-in-law, Judy and Rollie Kirby of DuQuoin and Donna Beckam of DuQuoin; two brothers, Clarence Jones of DuQuoin and Carl Jones of DuQuoin; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Carl; one brother, Gene; one sister, Maude and one grandson, Troy.
	Funeral services were in the Neal-McClure Memorial Chapel on Saturday, May 26 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Jackie Davison officiating.  Interment was in the IOOF Cemetery at DuQuoin.
	Friends called at Neal-McClure Funeral Home Friday, May 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from7:30 a.m. until time of service.
